We keep a reference record of the following in our registration process. Please carry the same on your registration visit.
- 4 recent colour passport-sized photographs.
- 1 copy of the child’s birth certificate.
- 1 copy of completed registration and medical forms as well as signed conditions approval slip.
- 1 passport copy with residence page (father, mother & child)
